Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. We work to process orders on the same business day, within 24 hrs, but expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 8pm M-F, by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 50 miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 7 am during store hours (9am-5pm M-F) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
TRACKING
When your order is ready for delivery or has been shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hrs using USPS, UPS and FedEx. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders shipping for within the US and under 5 lbs. Shipping options will autoqualify and calculate at checkout. Shipping promotions are available from time to time with sales promotions, including free shipping, based on a minimum order or Flash Sale.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Exchange for like or similar items will be approved once product is received. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. With certain products, listed "As-Is", SALES ARE FINAL, as a special promotion/ sale and may not qualify for RETURN, REFUND or EXCHANGE.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weare@oddlotsmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
